Sir James Graham discusses the arrangements for Queen Victoria's opening of the Royal Exchange. He writes that the Duke of Cambridge and Prince of Mecklenburg have given their excuses to the Lord Mayor. He also mentions that the Duchess of Kent intends to attend the Exchange and that the French Ambassador would be seated next to Queen Victoria. He also encloses a copy of the answer to the address (not present).
