Letter from Messrs. Howard to Andrew Toward confirming that they are able to supply a set of 'steam cultivating apparatus' for the price of £200 and enclose an estimate (see VIC/MAIN/R/21/19). They also report that they could supply men to set up the apparatus, as they would be going to Russia and could return by Germany if required. They also enclose a catalogue (see VIC/MAIN/R/21/21) and a notice from 'Bell's Messenger' (see VIC/MAIN/R/21/20).
