Gruner reports that he has been in touch with Professor Neher and has received the enclosed lettter (see VIC/ADDA10/85/478), which he asks Ruland to show to the Prince. He comments that if the little head (of a muse, or Grace) is not very difficult [to copy] and is very finished, he considers the price of around £6 very high.

It would not be possible to offer less in the circumstances, but Gruner can put an end to the matter without detriment to the Prince, unless HRH still wishes to have a copy of the drawing.
