Lord Spencer discusses Prince Albert's intention to visit the Smithfield Club tomorrow to see the cattle. He states that he is unable to attend upon Prince Albert after 12 o'clock as he is chairing a meeting for the Royal Agricultural Society but suggests alternative arrangements.
