Letter from Lord Lincoln to Sir Robert Peel

6 Aug 1845

Loose manuscript paper; mounted | 1 document (6 pages) (whole object) | RA VIC/MAIN/F/21/111a

Letter from Lord Lincoln to Sir Robert Peel on his investigation into the charges in Edward Driver's bill. He encloses three letters on the subject (see VIC/MAIN/F/21/112-114) and states that he believes the bill to the Office of Woods higher than it should be but that the bill to Queen Victoria is reasonable.
