Letter from Lord Lincoln to Sir Robert Peel on his investigation into the charges in Edward Driver's bill. He encloses three letters on the subject (see VIC/MAIN/F/21/112-114) and states that he believes the bill to the Office of Woods higher than it should be but that the bill to Queen Victoria is reasonable.
