Lord Aberdeen encloses a letter from the Prince Chimay. He refers to the Prince's suspicion but states that there is no total proof of the connection of the Dutch government with the late attempt at Brussels. He mentions that the King [?of Belgium] stated that the money for the conspiracy came from England and also makes reference to Mr ?Morier and the Grand Duchess ?Anne.
