Letter from Edward Driver to Lord Lincoln relating to the memorandum of agreement for the purchase of the Osborne estate. He states that since the signing of the agreement Lady Isabella Blachford would like to make some amendments, as had been previously agreed between himself and Mr Sewell. He therefore reports that due to difficulty related to the management of Lady Isabella Blachford's live stock they decided not to defer an agreement regarding the occupation of the park.
