Copy letter from Edward Driver to Henry Sewell reporting that he has been unable to speak with Lord Lincoln. He also states that he is 'at a loss' to provide advice regarding Barton Farm however he suggests that Lady Isabella Blachford take possession of it and to manage it on behalf of Queen Victoria, as an incoming tenant.
