Letter from Charles Nottidge to the Duke of Buccleuch in answer to his enquiry. He reports that a donation of 200 guineas, or 2 guineas per annum, would secure admission for a child indefinitely. Previously enclosed with a letter from the Duke of Buccleuch to Colonel Phipps (see VIC/ADDA10/71).
