Ruland states that the box containing two negatives from a drawing belonging to Sr Madrazo have arrived, and expresses the Prince Consort's thanks for Clifford's prompt response to his request. The Prince would like photographs of the other drawings in Sr Madrazo's collection mentioned by Clifford, and Ruland hopes Clifford will send with them the negative of the study of the Holy Family mentioned in his letter to Buchanan (see VIC/ADDA10/85/320). He trusts Mr Buchanan will forward them to England by bag as before. He adds that the Prince Consort has not asked to have the negative of the photograph which he has sent of the Duc of Montpensier's picture, the 'Virgen de la Faja'.
