Two men on the stairs, a sketch of a head shouting and other studies

The two figures ascending/descending steps appear (with slight changes) in the right half of Raphael's 'School of Athens'. The sketch of the screaming head is for the Medusa head on Minerva's shield at upper right in the fresco.
