The Arundel Society published engravings and chromolithographs in the 1860s and 1870s after works by Raphael. The chromolithographs were produced by Storch & Kramer after copies by Cesari Mariannecci. The chromolithograph depicting Theology was issued in 1867.
The roundel reproduced in this print - which depicts the allegorical figure of Theology, flanked by two winged putti holding inscribed panels - is painted above the fresco of the 'Disputa'.
