A print reproducing one of the four paintings on the ceiling of the Stanza di Eliodoro in the Vatican. Dated and lettered with artists' names. Bible quote along the lower margin (Genesis 22, XII).
The scene reproduced in this print shows the Bible story of 'The Sacrifice of Abraham'; it is painted above the wall-painting of 'The Mass at Bolsena'.
