A print after the fresco of the Expulsion from Paradise painted by the workshop of Raphael (c.1517-19) in the vault of the second bay of the Raphael Loggia in the Vatican. Lettered with names of Raphael, Consoni and Ludwig Gruner below image. With a blind stamp in the lower right corner (possibly the publisher's blind stamp; not in Lugt). Published in Scripture prints from the frescoes of Raphael in the Vatican. Edited by Lewis Gruner. With an introductory preface by the Rev. Charles H.H. Wright, London 1866.

Passavant (see Bibliographic References) noted that the lithographs in this publication, made from drawings by Nicola Consoni (1814-84) of the frescoes, were made 'in the manner of woodcuts'.
