A facsimile of a drawing by Raphael (c.1510) now in the Musée des Beaux-Arts, Lille (inv. no.Pl 446). Published in 'Choix de dessins de Raphael qui font partie de la collection Wicar à Lille', Paris 1858. The upper feet connect with the figure often identified as Horace, standing in the lower right corner of Raphael's fresco of Parnassus, painted in c.1510-11 in the the Stanza della Segnatura, Vatican. The lower study is for the right foot of the figure standing to the left of 'Horace', holding a finger on his lips.
