A reversed copy of an anonymous engraving after the fresco of God creating the Animals painted by the workshop of Raphael (c.1517-19) in the vault of the first bay of the Raphael Loggia in the Vatican. Stamped with an unidentified collector's mark (possibly Lugt 2168). On watermarked paper.

This engraving is a reversed copy of RCIN 853362. Suggestions have been made that it might be attributed to Marco Dente (see Massari in Raphael Invenit 1985, p.72, I.2).
