A photograph of a drawing in the Ashmolean Museum, Oxford (inv. no.WA1846.292) which is considered a copy after the almost entirely destroyed fresco 'Bathsheba interceding with David on behalf of Solomon' painted by the workshop of Raphael (c.1517-19) in the basamento of the eleventh bay of the Raphael Loggia in the Vatican.
According to Dacos (see Bibliographic References), the basamento paintings of the Raphael Loggia in the Vatican were executed in grisaille and imitated bronze reliefs.
