A photograph of a drawing depicting Apollo and Hercules now in the Ashmolean Museum, Oxford (inv. no. WA1846.262).

Parker (see Bibliographic References) notes that the Apollo is inspired by a statue at Poggio Imperiale, near Florence, while the Hercules derives from a copy of the Farnese Hercules in the Uffizi by Lysippus.
