A lithograph after a painting then in the possession of Ludwig I of Bavaria (housed in the Royal Gallery/Pinakothek, Munich). The painting is a copy of the figure of Saint Cecilia from Raphael's notorious canvas, which is now in the Pinacoteca Nazionale, Bologna (inv. no.577). Lettered with production details and titles. With the publisher's blind stamp at lower centre (not in Lugt). Published in 'Vierzig lithographierte Abbildungen vorzüglicher moderner Werke', Munich c.1860.
