Dance of Cupids

A photograph of a drawing catalogued by Ruland (1876) as being then in the Royal Collection in Berlin. The drawing is thought to be a copy after an engraving by Marcantonio Raimondi (RCIN 851880: after a design reputed to be by Raphael). Another drawing of this subject is preserved in the Musée du Louvre, Paris (inv. no.4247). A facsmile etching of the latter when in the collection of Count St Morys can be found at RCIN 851892.
