A chiaroscuro woodcut after a design by Raphael. Printed from four blocks. Lettered within image with date and privilege from Pope Leo X. Trimmed along the upper edge. A copy at RCIN 851724. The composition was engraved by the Master of the Die in c.1530. Two impressions of his print can be found at RCINs 851821 (1st state) and 851822 (2nd state).
