A photograph of a drawing now in the Royal Library at Windsor Castle (RCIN 991358). The drawing, which bears an attribution in 'deceptive hand' to Garofalo, is regarded as a copy after a lost drawing by Giulio Romano. The composition is also known through two engravings: one is by Sebastiano di Re (an impression of which is in the British Museum, inv. no.1874,0613.672) and the other has been often attributed to Diana Ghisi (Bartsch XV, p.443, no.26), although its authorship is ongoing matter of debate. An anonymous etching reproducing the composition can be found at RCIN 851423.
