A proof engraving after the so-called Tempi Madonna, a painting executed by Raphael for the Tempi family (1507-08) now in the Alte Pinakothek, Munich (inv. no.WA 796). This print is a proof before letters, presented to the Queen by the engraver in 1875. For the lettered state, see RCIN 850721. For a photograph of the painting, see RCIN 850719. Not in Ruland (1876).
