A print reproducing a drawing by Raphael (c.1507-08) currently in the collection of the Musée du Louvre, Paris (inv. no.3859). Lettered with production details.

The Louvre drawing, known as La Madone Sergardi, may be a study for a now lost painting by Raphael, known through painted replicas including one in the Galleria Borghese, Rome (Della Pergola 1959, no.73 repr). A photograph of the drawing can be found at RCIN 851237.

The print shows the full-length Virgin suckling the Christ Child, whom she holds on her lap; the Child sits on a cushion and clutches His mother's bodice with His left hand; in a landscape.
