An engraving which, according to Ruland (1876), is based on a painting currently in the Galleria Sabauda, Turin (inv. no.146). The painting is a copy of Raphael's so-called Madonna della Tenda (c.1513-14) now in the Alte Pinakothek, Munich (inv. no.WAF 797).
Showing the half-length seated Virgin holding the Christ Child on her lap who is turning His head back toward the Infant Baptist, who is standing behind at right looking at the Virgin with clasped hands; before a curtain.
