Published in Landon, ‘Vie et Oeuvre de Raphael’, Paris 1803, plate 427. An engraving of this composition by Mario Cartaro (active c.1560-1620) can be found at RCIN 851129.
Showing the seated Virgin supporting the standing Christ Child on her leg, who holds an apple in His right hand; with the Infant Baptist standing at right and St Joseph looking on with his head resting on his hand at left; in an interior with a window on the right.
