A photograph of a drawing listed by Ruland (1876) as being once in the collection of Dr Wellesley, Oxford. The drawing is a copy of a study of the head of the Virgin Mary drawn on the recto of a sheet attributed to the school of Raphael now in the Gabinetto Disegni e Stampe degli Uffizi, Florence (inv. no.497E v) A photograph of the Uffizi sheet can be found at RCIN 851248. The photograph shows the bust-length figure of a young woman, with her head slightly turned to the left.
