A photograph of a drawing by Perugino (c.1492-3) now in the Royal Library at Windsor Castle (RCIN 912744). The drawing, which was formerly attributed to Raphael, is a copy of the head of the Virgin from the 'The Virgin Enthroned between Saints John the Baptist and Sebastian', an altarpiece by Perugino currently in the Galleria degli Uffizi, Florence (inv. no.1435).
The photograph shows the head and neck of the Virgin, her head turned three-quarters to the right, with the eyes cast down. At lower right is a study for the Virgin's foot.
