This engraving is a reversed copy after a print by Marcantonio Raimondi based upon a (supposedly lost) drawing by Raphael. Lettered with inscription in Greek at right. Signed with engraver's monogram (see Nagler, II, no.1804). Lettered with publication line and date in the lower margin. Stamped with collector's mark of Robert Balmanno at lower right (Lugt 2193).
