Victory (?)

An outline-etching after a drawing (wrongly) attributed on plate to Raphael. Lettered with titles and production details. Published in C.P. Landon, 'Vie et Œuvre complète de Raphaël Sanzio', 1803, plate 317. Ruland (1876) stated that the original drawing had not yet been traced. A print by J.P. Langer (RCIN 851087) reproduces what seems to be an almost identical drawing which, according to an undated note on the Ruland's Raphael Collection catalogue copy housed in the Print Room at Windsor Castle, was formerly in the 'Düsseldorf Collection'.
