Photograph of Captain Walker mounted on a horse facing left. He is wearing military uniform and has a sword attached to his saddle. Tents can just be seen behind him. Captain Walker served with the 30th Regiment during the Crimean War and was awarded the Victoria Cross for his actions during the Battle of Inkerman.
