Photograph of Major Hugh Fitzhardinge Drummond standing turned slightly to the right with a sword under his left arm and a cap in his right hand. He is wearing military uniform and a glove on his left hand. This photograph, printed by Jabez Hughes in 1883, is a carbon print pasted over the original photograph.

Major Hugh Fitzhardinge Drummond served with the Scots Fusilier Guards in the Crimean War. He was wounded during the Battle of Inkerman and then killed during the Siege of Sevastopol.
