Photograph of eight Croat labourers gathered in a group. Five are sitting in a row on the ground with the man sitting second from the left facing right smoking a long pipe. Two stand and another kneels behind them. They are wearing a mix of open jackets and fur coats and all are wearing headscarves. Behind them is a wooden hut partially covered by a cloth sheet.
