Photograph of General Sir Richard Chambre Hayes Taylor standing facing slightly left. He is wearing checked trousers and a long coat and is holding a walking stick in his right hand. This photograph, printed by Jabez Hughes in 1883, is a carbon print pasted over the original photograph.

General Taylor served in the Crimean War and was later the Governor of the Royal Military College, Sandhurst.
