Photograph of General Charles Auguste Frossard standing with his head turned slightly to the right. He is wearing military uniform with epaulets and a row of medals. He is holding a bicorn hat in his right hand and there is a sword by his left side. This photograph, printed by Jabez Hughes in 1883, is a carbon print pasted over the original photograph.

General Charles Auguste Frossard was a French soldier who fought in the Siege of Antwerp and in Algeria before serving in the Crimean War.
