Photograph of a near full length portrait of Victoria, Princess Royal, later Empress of Germany (1840-1901), seated, facing halfway to the left. She turns her head towards the camera, and gazes ahead. She places her right elbow on her right leg, and rests her chin in her right hand. She wears a riding habit and holds riding crop in her left hand. A run has been painted into the photograph, on the far left side of the photograph. The photograph has been enhanced through painted additions and refinements.
