Photograph of a half length portrait of Charles Taylor du Plat standing, facing towards the camera. He wears a dark coloured jacket. 

Plat was Equerry to Prince Albert between 1854 and 1861. He was later Extra Equerry to Queen Victoria between 1862 and 1867 and Equerry between 1868 and 1893.
