Photograph of Princess Christian of Denmark, later Louise, Queen of Denmark (1817-98) seated with three of her children. Princess Louise is seated with Prince Valdemar (1858-1939) on her lap. Prince Frederik, later Frederik VIII, King of Denmark (1843-1912) stands behind his mother. He wears a military uniform. Princess Thyra, later Crown Princess of Hanover (1853-1933), stands on her mother's left.
