Photograph of a full length group portrait of three royal children in costume for the tableau "The Allies" performed at Windsor Castle. From left to right, Prince Arthur (1850-1942), later the Duke of Connaught dressed as a Private of the Grenadier Guards, Princess Helena (1846-1923), later Princess Christian of Schleswig-Holstein, dressed as a Chasseur de Vincennes and Princess Louise (1848-1939), later the Duchess of Argyll, dressed as a Vivandière. The group stand on grass outside a the castle.
