Photograph of a painting of a full length portrait of Prince Albert (1819-61) standing, facing right. He turns his head slightly towards the front and looks to the right. He wears a deerstalking costume and holds a cane in his right hand. He places his left foot on the top of a wooden bridge. There are mountains and a forest in the distant background. A ghillie can be seen in the middle ground, on the far right side of the image.
