Carte-de-visite photographic copy of a watercolour of Prince Albert in walking gear, about to cross a wooden bridge. It is similar to a watercolour by Carl Haag (RL 22060). A small extract of Albert's signature is pasted below the photograph.

There is a glass plate negative in the Queen's Private Negatives collection, RCIN 2083245 (QPN 2923) on which is scratched 'The Queen likes this, Sept 1 1862'.
