Album bound in maroon cloth with leather spine and gilt lettering. Album features photographic portraits (RCINs 2906793-2906951) taken between 1856 and 1863. This album is volume three in a set of seven portrait albums. A selection of portraits have been captioned by Queen Victoria (1819-1901).

The album includes photographs that were re-printed in carbon by Hughes and Mullins in the 1880s.
