The Prince of Wales is seated at a table, facing slightly towards the left. He turns his head towards the camera and gazes slightly to the right. He holds a book open on the table with both hands. Prince Alfred stands behind him, facing left, and looking down at the book. He places both hands on the back of his brother's chair.
