Photograph of the left panel of the triptych 'The Martyrdom of Laurence Saunders at Coventry' by Charles West Cope (1811-90). The painting depicts a woman, full length, holding a baby in her right arm. She stands beside a large door. With her left hand she rings a bell.

At the time of the photograph, she painting was in the collection of Mrs Thurburn. The painting is now held by the Herbert Art Gallery and Museum in Coventry.
