Photograph of a pony standing in left side profile in the centre of the photograph with 6 men. On the back of the horse is a dead stag, shot by the Prince Consort. John Grant (1810-79) stands second from the right, pointing with his right arm. John MacDonald (d. 1860), also in attendance together with other gillies.
