Photograph of a painting of a full length portrait of a young Prince Albert (1819-61). The Prince is shown standing, facing slightly towards the right. He looks towards the viewer.
The painting has been photographed in a frame. An impressed pattern on the album page, around the photograph, seeks to replicate the appearance of the painting's frame.
The painting was created in 1846 and is in the collection of the Lady Lever Art Gallery, Liverpool.
