Photograph of Lady Mary Georgina Hardinge (1836-1917), seated at a table, facing three-quarters to the left. She turns her head to the left and looks down at a book she holds with both hands. Hardinge was eventually a women of the bedchamber to Alexandra, Princess of Wales, later Queen Alexandra (1844-1925).
