A photograph showing Palazzo Jacopo da Brescia, a Renaissance building erected to Raphael's design between c. 1515 and 1519.
The palace – built for Jacopo da Brescia, Leo X's personal physician – stood at the confluence of Borgo Nuovo and Borgo S.Angelo, in the Borgo rione (district), Rome. In 1937 it was demolished when Via della Conciliazione was opened, and rebuilt with a different footprint not far from its original location.
